What we collect
When you request an estimate or sign up for a plan, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property being serviced, and the details you give us about the home — square footage, number of stories, driveway size, and any notes you add.
What we do with it
We use it to give you a price, schedule your service, and stay in touch about the work. That is all. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing.
Payment information
Payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us — we never see or store it. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Who else sees your information
Only the people who need it to do the work: our own crew, and service providers that keep the business running, such as our payment processor and email provider. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and service records as long as needed to run the business and meet tax and recordkeeping requirements.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If you click through to a payment page, Stripe may set cookies necessary to process the transaction.
Text messages and calls
Giving us your phone number means we may call or text you about your estimate and scheduled service. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of messages.
Your choices
Want to know what we have on file, correct it, or have it deleted? Call or email us and we will take care of it.
