We look at your property first
Membership pricing is set by the size and layout of your home, so we come out and look before anyone signs up for anything. The visit is free and there's no obligation.
You get a rate and a schedule
We tell you your monthly rate and what the schedule looks like for your property. Membership runs on a 12-month term, billed monthly to a card on file — and your rate is locked in for three years, so it doesn't move when our prices do.
We show up on schedule
You stop thinking about it. We handle the timing, work around the weather, and let you know before we come. Members get priority when the calendar gets full in spring.

Pricing is per property
Every house is different — square footage, height, driveway, how much shade and moisture it gets. Membership starts at $9.99 a month and goes up from there depending on the property. Extra washes beyond your scheduled cleanings start at $99. We'll give you both numbers when we come out.
