We keep track of when your property is due and get in touch to set the date. You are not charged anything between visits, and your rate is held for as long as you stay on it. There is no contract and no minimum number of washes, so stopping costs you nothing.
How often should things be cleaned?
Most houses in this climate want a wash once a year. Driveways and concrete pick up growth much faster, and plenty of our customers have those done three or four times a year. We'll tell you honestly what your property needs when we come out.

Does the price ever change after I book?
We confirm your price in person before any work starts. It rarely moves from the estimate. When it does, it's because the house is significantly larger or in worse condition than what was entered. You'll know before we start, and you can walk away.
Does this cover my driveway or deck?
Those are priced separately and start at $99 for a driveway and $139 for a deck. Size and condition vary too much to put in the house calculator, so we price them on the spot. They can go on the same monthly payment schedule.
What happens if it rains?
We reschedule. Rain, high wind and freezing temperatures all mean we come back another day. We'll contact you to set a new date and nothing about your price changes.
