Privacy Policy.
We collect what we need to quote and schedule your work, and nothing else.
Last updated September 2026.
What we collect
- Details you give us when you request an estimate or book work: your name, address, phone number, email address and what you want cleaned.
- Basic, anonymous information about how the website is used, through standard web analytics and advertising measurement.
The price calculator runs entirely in your browser. The square footage you type is not sent to us or stored anywhere unless you go on to submit a booking request.
What we use it for
- Preparing your estimate, scheduling your work and contacting you about it.
- Taking payment for work we have done.
- Getting in touch when a property on our schedule is due a visit.
- Understanding which of our adverts bring people to the site.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We share only what is needed with the services that run parts of our business:
- Our booking and scheduling software, which stores your job details.
- Our payment processor, when you pay us.
- Our web host and analytics and advertising providers, which handle anonymous site usage data.
We also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for analytics and for measuring advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and job records for as long as needed to run the business and meet tax and legal obligations. If you would like your details removed, ask us and we will remove what we are not required to keep.
Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your estimate, your appointment and the work itself. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. We do not send marketing texts to people who have not asked for them.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact (843) 653-8228 or gridwashutility@gmail.com.
